MEET JEN HOLMAN: FINANCE DIRECTOR
Jen has a background in Client Services for the financial sector and after a career break to focus on family life, she decided to refocus on Finance and joined Creative Waste Solutions Ltd back in 2021 as our Finance Manager. Now in 2023 she's part of the Leadership Team and taking on the role of Finance Director.
What does she bring to CWS? She is calm and steady under pressure, managing risk factors and enables our sales team to offer the best terms possible to an array of customers big or small.
She tirelessly works with clients to ensure smooth interactions and build long-lasting relationships.
She is obsessed with true crime, her music genre of choice all things indie and she is at her happiest in her wellies with her Husband, son and my sprocker spaniel Benji.
