Operations Executive | full-time (9am-5pm Monday to Friday)
LOCATION: Mount Mill Farm, Wicken
REPORTS TO: Finance & Operations Director
COVERAGE: Local to Buckinghamshire

This family-owned scale-up business would like to bring in a full-time customer service executive to process our transactions and to support our finance function with finance administration duties.
You will be:

What we expect you to do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with our network of partners, contractors, and customers
across the UK through effective communication skills both written and verbal.
You will be responsible for liaising with our contractors and customers for the planning, scheduling and executing all customer transactions, including;

Booking loads

Changes to bookings and schedules

Service day changes for outlets and rescheduling services, including bank holiday service requirements and outlet shutdowns

You will be responsible for confirming all services and uploading waste transfer notes/weighbridge tickets to the company SharePoint so that we comply to our customers' reporting requirements.

Communicate with our customers and suppliers to update on all changes and evidence these communications for our records.

Ensure information is recorded as required on our relevant systems.

Ensuring that our systems and processes are kept up to date and executed with optimum efficiency and accuracy; this includes record maintenance for our CRM portal Monday.com and our sales tracker documents and other databases/spreadsheets.

Support with the creation, annotation and submission of customer reports, under the guidance of the relevant commercial manager.

Ensure information is recorded as required on our relevant systems.

You will gain and expand your knowledge of the waste industry.

You will make a difference to your customers by using this knowledge to offer bespoke solutions to your customer base.

Manage your own daily workload with the support of regular one-to-ones with your direct line manager.
